How do I make a purchase? How do I place an order?

How can I check the status of my order?

We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order if ordered items have already shipped.

How will I know that you have received my order & when will the payment be deducted?

You will receive a confirmation email on order confirmation.

What payment methods does EnRootz accept?

We accept both credit and debit cards. We also accept payments through a Paypal account. The amount due on purchase is charged on the card once you confirm to make the payment.

Is it safe to use my credit card at EnRootz?

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We follow the best technical and management practices in the industry to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data.

What Are Your Shipping Charges?

We offer a $10 flat rate shipping/per dress via USPS Priority mail anywhere in the USA. We will provide you with a tracking number after shipping your order. For orders over $249 we offer free shipping.

How does EnRootz ship products?

EnRootz ships via USPS Priority mail anywhere in the USA.

Can My Billing Address And Shipping Address Be Different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, EnRootz does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip code.

Does EnRootz ship to multiple addresses?

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times. In case it’s an emergency please contact us at info@enrootz.com for assistance.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box and get back to us with picture within 24 hours(Please keep the external packaging material for our courier partners to do inspection.)

What is considered quality issue?

Below points falls under quality issue:

  • Fabric color fades
  • embroidery designs gets damaged

    Note:
    Shrinkage, if washing instructions not followed won’t fall under quality issue.

What do you mean by EnRootz will either fix or exchange all quality related issues with in 30 days of purchase.

Send us a request along with photograph of quality issue at info@enrootz.com. The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization, we will gladly try to fix the issue first if it can not be fixed then we will offer you an exchange of the similar item. What is EnRootz return policy?

We are unable to accept returns on any products. Only in exceptional cases where the garment gets damaged in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with photograph of damaged product(s) at info@enrootz.com can be sent within 24 hours of receipt of the item. The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. Are The Colors of Products Shown On The Website Accurate?

Products on enrootz.com are designer, some hand crafted and specially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

What if an item is Sold Out and I want to buy it?

If an item appears as ‘SOLD OUT’ you may also send us a request at info@enrootz.com.

Do You Have Cash On Delivery Option?

No we do not have a Cash on Delivery option.
